Private Lesson Program Policies

The tennis facility allocates a certain number of courts for teaching pros and/or public play. If a private tennis lesson is canceled at the last minute, the reserved court may go unused, and the teaching pro will be financially responsible for the court they reserved specifically for your lesson.

Payment Policy

• Private lessons can be paid prior to or at the end of the lesson via Venmo, Zelle, Check, or Cash.
• No refunds will be issued. A credit will be provided for future lessons.

Cancellation Policy

• There will be no charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of the private lesson fee.
