Afterschool Tennis Program Rules and Policies

1. Program Schedule & Enrollment

  • The program runs from September to June.
  • Sessions are offered Monday through Friday; students select their preferred days.
  • A minimum of 2 days per week is highly recommended for optimal progress.

2. Tuition & Payment Policies

  • Tuition is billed in 4-week cycles (no charge for months with 5 weeks).
  • Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
  • A 10% late fee applies to payments received after the 5th of the month.

3. Make-Up & Cancellation Policies

  • Make-ups are only provided for lessons canceled due to bad weather.
  • No make-ups are offered for holidays or uncommunicated absences (24 hours notice required).
  • Scheduled make-ups must be used within the program period, and students must be enrolled in the program. No credit is given for unused make-ups.
  • A 30-day notice via email is required to withdraw from the program at no charge.

4. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students should arrive on time and be ready to play.
  • Proper tennis attire and non-marking shoes are required.
  • Students must follow coach instructions and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program.

5. Weather & Cancellations

  • In case of inclement weather, parents will be notified via email in advance regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

6. Liability & Waiver

  • A signed waiver at purchase is required before participation.
  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before the program starts.
