Kid's Afterschool Programs Rules and Regulations

Thank you so much for registering your child to our popular after-school program. Our program runs from September to June. My team and I are excited to work with your child. Please have your child check in at the check-in table right outside of court #8. We are conducting classes on courts 5, 6, 7 and 8. We will inform you of your child's court assignment.

We have racquets available if your child doesn't have one. Please make sure your child brings a bottle of water (only water is allowed on the tennis court), and any food or snacks must be eaten before class starts or outside the court.

Ensure your child wears appropriate tennis shoes (no black soles, sandals, Crocs, Native, etc.) and no sneakers like Vans or Converse.

Rules and Policies

• Monthly tuition is based on "4 weeks." If a month has 5 weeks, you get an extra day at no extra charge. If a holiday, weather issue, or absence occurs, no make-up is required.
• Class programs are continuous, and students are automatically re-enrolled each month.
• A minimum of 2 days is highly recommended for each program. You can pick your className days.
• In case of weather issues, cancellations will be communicated via email an hour before className starts.
• No refunds or credits are issued for weather interruptions. Make-ups must be scheduled Monday through Friday.

Autopay and Monthly Payments

• You can pay by Cash, Check, Venmo (@Valter-Paiva), Zelle (valtertennis1@gmail.com), or set up auto-pay (forms will be provided).
• Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.
• A 10% late fee applies if payment is not received on time.
• No refunds are issued, but future credits are available.

Make-Up Classes

• You must notify us at least 24 hours before className if you plan to miss it to be eligible for a make-up.
• Make-ups must be scheduled and approved.
• No make-ups are provided for holidays.
• Make-up classes can be scheduled up to 2 months in advance in addition to your monthly enrollment.
• Scheduled and missed make-up classes are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation

Discontinuing a class program requires immediate notification via email info@valtertennis.com or call/text 562-266-8882. Notices must be received by the 15th of the month to avoid paying for the following month.
